I wonder. This was edited with Gimp 2.6.2, I think, and saved as a jpg. It's a thumbnail of a large painting I was working on when I needed a test for color. The large version is going to be reworked or scrubbed clean -- it's on 300 lb cp. I am just now realizing the value of 300 lb paper with its recycle value.

Cooking, actually

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_oMm1tQAG9EU/Sa5gn3KpY_I/AAAAAAAAAic/skGU2uPAqxg/s400/DSCN2998.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5309287248656163826" />

The old blog is gone and a new one begins. I missed posting and I must admit, it does feel sort of like an obligation, which for me, helps with the production aspect of making art. And, as we know, art improvement only happens through work. If nothing else, everyday effort keeps the eye, arm, hand, brush, and surface connections strong. I might even keep the text in this time.

Cheers!
